Attendees will need to book lodging by phone at 435-658-3030 or 888-283-3030.
There are two other property management companies with lodging inventory on-site, if the attendees book by any other means, they will not be accessing our inventory. Guests may have to check in off-site and their lodging nights will not count toward the meeting room rental fee credit.
INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT POLICY - 1 night lodging due at time of booking
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival - $25.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival - 1 night lodging fee.
No shows will be charged for 1 night lodging.
