Adjunct Professor of Neurosurgery
Dr. Beisse is a leading internationally recognized pioneer in thoracolumbar endoscopic spine stabilization and the developer of the MACS-TL plating system. He is the associate director and head trauma surgeon at the Trauma Center of the Berufsgenossenschaftliche Unfallklinik in Murnau, Germany. This is one of the major regional trauma centers in Germany. We are honored to have him join our faculty as Adjunct Professor of Neurosurgery. Dr. Beisse is an excellent surgeon and superb teacher.
Dr. Beisse will be visiting us periodically from Germany to teach his techniques to our faculty and residents and to other US spine surgeons. When licensure is granted, he also will be available to assist with surgery and consult with colleagues on difficult cases.
