Financial Aid

In addition to the Federal subsidized and unsubsidized Stafford Loans and the Federal Perkins Loan, a limited number of institutional loans and scholarships are awarded each year. All awards are based on the medical students need as determined by the University of Utah Financial Aid Office. Financial aid is supplementary to the contribution that can be made by the medical student and/or family, who are expected to provide the maximum assistance possible.
