Process Overview
Review Process
Members of the Review Committee are volunteers from the fourth year medical student class, faculty representatives who are physicians, investigators, administrators, or community representatives who interact with the medical students. This committee assures that applicants do or do not meet the requirements and are processed accordingly. Only applicants who satisfy minimum requirements in all 8 areas with average or above performance in 5 of the 8 areas will be interviewed.
The Admissions Committee will not consider applicants who have previously matriculated, been dismissed, are on probation, on hold, or who are under suspension at another medical school.
All decisions made by the Review Committee are final.

Each applicant will have 2 interviews. Each interview is randomly assigned and typically lasts between 30-45 minutes. Interviews are conducted independently. Interviewers do not collaborate in preparing their reports.
