Room Reservations Cut-Off Date
Room reservations should be received no later than August 24, 2009 to guarantee the group rate and space availability. After this date, rooms will be confirmed at the group rate on a space available basis.

Deposit: Two nights lodging is due within ten days of booking the reservation. Final payment is due forty-five days prior to arrival. Reservations made between 45 and 31 days of arrival require full payment within five days of booking. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between receipt of deposit and 46 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 45 and 31 days of arrival will be charged two nights lodging. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged the entire amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.

Discounted overnight self-parking: $5 per vehicle per night at the Grand Summit.

Valet-serviced underground parking is available for $14.00 per car/per evening for overnight guests and $7.00 per car for meeting attendees for up to an 8-hour period (not available for overnight parking).
