About our Staff

Kelly Lundberg, PhD

Dr. Kelly Lundberg is a licensed psychologist who is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah and the Director of ARS. She also works as a professional consultant to the Utah Addiction Center and provides ongoing consulting to the Salt Lake City Police Department, Lawyers Helping Lawyers and the Utah State Bar Character and Fitness Committee. Dr. Lundberg was the recipient of the Governor's Award for Contributions to Substance Abuse Treatment and Anti-Violence in 1997 and was the 2006 recipient of the Treatment Award from the State of Utah. She has a statewide reputation as one of the leading experts in addictions and is sought throughout Utah for her teaching and consultative services.

Donna Didas, LCSW

Donna is a licensed clinical social worker. In addition to her social work degree, she also completed the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Training Program through the University of Utah. Currently, she is the Clinical Director of Assessment & Referral Services providing the clinical supervision and oversight of the ARS staff. Her position also includes the management and oversight of Interim Groups Services. Donna E. Didas was one of the original persons selected to facilitate Interim Groups when the program began in November 2001.

Chantel Beck, LPCI

Chantel Beck graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology and a bachelors degree in sociology from the University of Utah in 2003. After working in the social service field for one year, she was impressed with the impact mental health professionals can have in people's lives and decided to return to school, graduating with her degree in Professional Counseling in May, 2007. She is currently certified as a professional counselor and is working toward licensure. She enjoys working with individuals with substance abuse problems and currently conducts substance abuse assessments.

Teresa Burton, LPC

Teresa has a bachelor's degree from Weber State University in Social Work and a Master's degree from University of Phoenix in Counseling. She is licensed as a Substance Abuse Counselor and as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has 13 years of experience working with individuals who have a as a substance abuse problem and completes assessments at ARS.

Nicole Campolucci, CSW

Nicole is originally from New Jersey where she completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Rutgers University. After working with children with behavioral and emotional disorders in a residential setting, she relocated to Utah where she worked primarily with homeless adolescents for six years. In 2006, Nicole completed a Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Utah and a year later began work at ARS where she completes assessments.

Jill Harris, LCSW

Jill Harris graduated with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 1998 and has held her LCSW licensure since 2000. She has been working at ARS since August of 2005, assessing clients in the Salt Lake County Adult Detention Facility, and supervising individuals working toward their LCSW licensure. Jill has worked and volunteered in the substance abuse and criminal justice field since 1982 and has a history of working for Adult Probation and Parole, Salt Lake County Drug Court and Utah County Substance Abuse.

Annette Hottinger

Annette Hottinger is the administrative assistant at ARS. She is responsible for hiring and supervising support staff. She also runs criminal history background checks for all clients as needed. She is directly responsible to Dr. Kelly Lundberg, Director of ARS, and assists wherever needed.

Kelli Jacobsen, LCSW

Kelli has a bachelor's degree from Utah State University in Social Work and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.  She has been a licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006.  She has seven years of experience working with both the chronically mentally ill and individuals who have a substance abuse problem.  She completes assessments at ARS. 

Meisha Jensen, CSW

Meisha graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from Southern Utah University in May 2001. She worked in the social work field for a couple of years and then completed the masters of social work program in May 2006. She worked for a private adoption agency for a year and recently came to work for ARS in September 2007 when she realized she has a passion for working with people who have substance abuse problems.

Jerilyn Johnson, CSW

Jerilyn graduated with a Bachelors degree in social work from Brigham Young University in 2002.  She worked for the State of Utah for four years as an employment counselor, working with individuals and families in a variety of cicrumstances.  In 2006, she returned to BYU and graduated with a Masters in social work in 2008.  Her background includes school social work, mental health treatment for chronically mentally ill adults, and medical social work.  She began working with ARS in July 2008 where she provides clinical substance abuse assessments on site and at the Volunteers of America Detoxification Unit.

Shaney McCoy

Shaney McCoy received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Arizona State University and is currently a graduate student in the Licensed Professional Counselor program at the University of Utah.  She works for ARS as a member of the front office support staff and also facilitates Interim Groups.

Marci Phillips, LCSW

Marci Phillips is a licensed clinical social worker and earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah. Marci has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field for the past nine years and enjoys working with both adolescents and adults. She was one of the original persons selected to facilitate Interim Groups when the program began in November 2001. She has also been with ARS since it began in 2003 other than a temporary break to be at home with her son.

Brian Simmons, CSW

Brian Simmons graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2006, during which time he worked with adolescents and adults dealing with chemical dependency. After graduation Brian was employed as a substance abuse counselor for Utah County Division of Substance Abuse.  In 2008, Brian completed a Masters in Social Work degree at the University of Utah and began working at ARS where he provides clinical substance abuse assessments.
