Register for STATdx CME
Register and pay for CME credits during STATdx Internet Searching and Learning with the University of Utah CME office.
STATdx CME Credit Requests
Credits for Amirsys STATdx will be billed to you on an annual basis (on your one year anniversary date) and each year thereafter or at any time you may request your credits.
If you earn over 20 credits in a billing year, you may elect to receive/pay for less than the total credits earned (minimum billing will be for 20 credits)
For example (at your anniversary date billing):
(1 to 20) credits – bill for the actual number earned.
(21 +) credits – bill for number earned/requested.
Credits Earned: ($10 per credit)
If you need to request CME credits you will need to contact us and we will be happy to give you a summary of your credits earned.
Credits can be paid for either by check or credit card. You will be sent an invoice for the total amount giving details on payment methods and/or payment links.
