Research Billing

The Clinical Research Charges website has two primary functions. First, you will identify your study participants in the billing system to prevent any billing errors. Second, you will be able to release charges accrued in your clinical research study by specifying whether or not they should be billed to insurance or to the appropriate study account. Until you release your study charges, they will not be billed out.

Log in, using your uID and Health Sciences password. If you have difficulty logging in, please contact the help desk to determine if you have a Health Sciences Log-in. If you do not, your manager should request one at the following website:
