Data, exploration, Computation, and Analytics Real-world Training for the Health Sciences
The University of Utah is pleased to announce the DeCART Summer Program in biomedical data science. DeCART is a short-term training opportunity for students and professionals from the quantitative and life sciences who are interested in learning or expanding data science skills or learning about application areas within healthcare. Courses will be held at the University of Utah Health Sciences Campus, running from June 28th through July 28th. Courses are offered in two to four day sessions, covering a range of biomedical applications for people from clinical, basic science, and engineering backgrounds.
A number of scholarships are available to cover travel expenses, tuition, and housing costs. The application can be found here. A Limited number of low-cost, apartment-style, on-campus housing is available for participants. More information will be available shortly.
