Isabella Alder

Isabella Alder

Title:  Administrative Manager

Isabella is an Administrative Manager in the Division of Public Health and is the Associate Director for the Utah Area Health Education (AHEC) Program.  Her efforts include projects related to the integration of Public Health, specifically focusing on connecting populations to appropriate health resources. She is also involved in supporting research initiatives for the department.  Isabella earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Utah.
Tatiana Allen-Webb

Tatiana Allen-Webb

Title:  Clinical Research Coordinator

Tatiana handles protocol oversight, regulatory affairs, enrollment, data capture, and management. She ensures Good Clinical Practice and SOP compliance for the division’s research studies. Additionally, she serves as the Clinical Coordinator for AHEC and facilitates clinical training opportunities for students of all health-related disciplines in most of Utah’s rural communities. Tatiana has 14 years of experience at the University of Utah and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
Jesse Bliss

Jesse Bliss

Title:  Research Associate

Jesse Bliss manages the Disaster Public Health program within the Division of Public Health. Jesse earned his MPH from Loma Linda University School of Public Health and is currently a Public Health PhD student. As former Assistant Dean and Executive Director for the Office of Public Heath Practice at Loma Linda, Jesse is experienced in applied public health community-engaged education, research and practice.
Alicen Bringard

Alicen Bringard

Title:  Associate Director, Research

Alicen directs the research initiatives for the division and oversees the administration and management of the division operations. Her responsibilities include participating in the department leadership committees and assisting the department chair, chiefs, and administration in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and goals for the department. Alicen has 15 years of related experience to her position and has worked for the University since 2002. She received her Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah.
Courtney DeMond

Courtney DeMond

Title:  Administrative Manager

Courtney is responsible for the administration and management of all program operations including education, budgeting, financial operations, development, communication, and human resources. She earned a BS in Public Relations with a business minor and has over ten years of progressive experience in management, administrative duties, public relations and event coordinating, including six years of academic advising.
Julia Hurtado

Julia Hurtado

Title:  Marketing Manager

Julia is the Administrative Program Coordinator for the Division of Public Health. She has a BS in Business Administration from Weber State University. Her job responsibilities include overseeing the marketing efforts for the Division of Public Health including educational programs, community outreach, research, and service. 
Rachel Jaggi

Rachel Jaggi

Title:  Research Analyst

Rachel provides research support for multiple projects in both the Public Health and Family Medicine Divisions. She has a MA in Sociology from Yale University.
Megan Kupec

Megan Kupec

Title:  Administrative Assistant

Megan is the Administrative Assistant for the Division of Public Health. Her job responsibilities include providing administrative support to faculty and staff, maintaining travel and conference arrangements, and CV support to the Public Health faculty.
Pamela Lyon

Pamela Lyon

Title:  Administrative Program Coordinator

Pam is an Administrative Program Coordinator within the Division of Public Health. She coordinates all Global Health activities for Division faculty and staff. In conjunction with the Associate Director of Research, she manages the Division’s Learning Abroad program logistics. She also provides administrative support to the Division of Public Health Associate Chiefs.

Title:  Academic Advisor

Hailey McCormick is the Academic Advisor to the Doctoral Students and the Masters of Statistics in Biostatistics programs offered through the Division of Public Health. Hailey earned her MPA from Southern Utah University. She coordinates all aspects of the students educational programs, initial advising, admissions, graduation, and departmental course management.
Bob Quinn

Bob Quinn

Title:  Administrative Program Coordinator / Practicum Coordinator

Bob is the staff advisor to the Utah Rural Outreach Program. This outreach program sends medical students to rural communities to introduce health care professionals to thousands of rural students each year. Bob has a BS in behavioral science and health, a Master of Public Administration, and several years of experience in various health care related management positions.
Anne Randall

Title:  ´╗┐Adminstrative Officer

Anne Randall is the Administrative Officer for the Division of Public Health. She is responsible for financial and research support to the division faculty members, and senior administrative managers. She will assist with grant preparation, budget monitoring, and research inventory.
Nirupma Singh

Nirupma Singh

Title:  Research Analyst

Nirupma is involved in several projects under the Office of Cooperative Reproductive Health and Neurobehavior HOME program with UNI. Additionally, she helps with the study abroad program (BPCCDP-India) run by the division in India. Nirupma received a dual Master of Public Health and Health Administration from the University of Utah in 2011.

Title:  Academic Manager

Jill is the Academic Advisor to all of the students in the MPH, MPH Joint Degrees and Certificate programs within the Division of Public Health. She coordinates all aspects of student education programs, initial advising, admissions, graduation, and assists with Global Public Health.
Crystal Taylor

Crystal Taylor

Title:  Program Assistant

Crystal serves as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries. She assists with administration and provides general office support for visitors, staff, and faculty. Crystal has an Associate of Science degree from SLCC and 23 years of customer service experience in education, banking, health services, and retail. She will complete a BS in Sociology with a Gerontology Certificate in Spring of 2016.
Staci Wallace

Staci Wallace

Title:  Academic Advisor

Staci is the part-time Academic Advisor for the Doctoral Students, MSPH, and the Masters of Statistics in Biostatistics program. She coordinates aspects of the students’ educational programs, initial advising, admissions, graduation, and departmental courses. Staci has worked in higher education since 2008.
