The Annual Premedical Enrichment Program for Women Students is sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Community Outreach and offered each spring. This is a FREE, all-day seminar designed to assist women premed students at ANY college/university, and ANY women who may be considering medicine, in learning more about becoming a physician through addresses from the School of Medicine Dean of Admissions, Dean of Diversity and the University of Utah Assistant Vice President for Diversity in the Health Sciences. Participants will also hear from current women medical students and physicians during lunch and afternoon workshops. Workshops will be offered covering a wide varieety of topics for women at all stages in the journey to becoming a physician.
