Jean has been with the Division of Nutrition since 1996. Classes taught include: Scientific Foundations of Human Nutrition and Health (NUTR 1020), Nutrition Policy (NUTR 6220) and Medical Nutrition Therapy I and II (NUTR 6360 and 6380). Jean also coordinates student supervised practice experiences for all students enrolled in the Coordinated Master's Program.
