Dr. Moulton is the attending Forensic Psychiatrist, University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Salt Lake City, UT, July 2012 to present. Responsible for the management of a 10-patient inpatient psychiatric teaching service. This service provides world-class medical care while providing psychiatry clerkship and residency education to medical students and residents. Teaching faculty within the University of Utah School of Medicine and the Psychiatry Residency Program, providing lectures on various topics in General and Forensic Psychiatry.

This program provides comprehensive Psychiatric Graduate Medical Education in a large training program of 44 residents. Specific responsibilities involved direct oversight of training at the National Naval Medical Center, as well as advisor to the Program Director on diverse matters pertaining to the operation of the Residency.

This is a 12-bed adult inpatient facility providing full-spectrum acute inpatient services to active-duty service members and their dependants. Supervisory role for two Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Supervisory role over Psychiatry Residents, Interns and Medical Students rotating on the service.
Clinical Chief, Combat Stress Control, 113th Medical Company, Taji, Iraq, March 2007-July 2007, and the 785th Medical Company July 2007-Sept 2007. One of two psychiatrists on FOB Taji, which supported five Combat Brigades and over 20,000 Soldiers.
