Faculty Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notice
Please contact Faculty Administration Office at 587-7882 to schedule a pre-employment drug testing.
A drug testing authorization form will be generated at that time.
You will need to take the signed authorization form along with a form of ID to the assigned testing site.
