Orientation Schedule

Intern Orientation

All new houseofficers are required to provide documentation of ACLS certification prior to the beginning of their training at the University of Utah. The only exception are pediatric interns who must be PALs certified. It is strongly recommended that you receive your ACLS certification prior to coming to Utah as our class offering and space are limited. A current BLS Healthcare Provider Card is required for the initial 2 day course.

With the ever-changing landscape of the University of Utah and the expansive nature of the campus, current maps become out-dated faster than we can send them to you.

Please visit The University of Utah Campus Map for up-to-date and detailed information. You will be able to zoom in on a particular area in order to locate a specific building or determine your best route.

Be sure to use the zoom and crop features to print out the map you want. There are three maps and all have the .pdf option for increased flexibility.
