Schedule Equipment

If you are interested in scheduling time to use equipment, please follow the instructions below:

  • Check equipment availability by viewing the Equipment Scheduling Calendar.
  • Once you have found an open time slot, send an e-mail to coe.hematology@hsc.utah.edu with the following information:
    • Name
    • Department
    • Phone Number
    • Equipment Requesting
    • Requested Date, Time (1st choice)
    • Requested Date, Time (2nd choice)
    • Reason for Use
  • Once you have submitted your request, somebody will get back with you within 24 hours to confirm your request and add it to the calendar.
