C. Maggie Snyder is a physician assistant that has been involved in HIV medicine since the early years of the epidemic. She has worked with Dr. Kristen Ries at the University of Utah School of Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases / Clinic 1A since October 1994. Prior to their arrival at Clinic 1A, they worked in private practice in Salt Lake City.
Maggie graduated from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program in 1990. Before attending PA school, she was an RN working in a HIV / AIDS unit in Salt Lake City. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 1976
