Evening Ethics Discussion Group

These informal, multidisciplinary discussions about current issues in medical ethics take place each month. A group member hosts the discussion in his/her home. Generally about 10-20 individuals from a variety of disciplines, including health care, public policy, philosophy, law and business attend. Depending on the topic, we invite people with relevant expertise and experience and informed opinions to join us. We distribute short, timely articles from the nations most thoughtful newspapers and magazines to the group in advance of our discussions. The discussions are provocative and informative. Accreditation: The University of Utah School of Medicine CME is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
