USMLE Step 1 Review
Package cost: - $949 per student (SOM pays $100/student, student cost is $849)
Kaplan Medical Program Includes
- Individual WebPrep account.
Each WebPrep account includes:- on-line Step 1 content course consisting of 80-hours of audio-streamed lectures
- 2,100 Q-Bank on-line questions
- full-length simulated exam

On-line content course lessons are selected from high-yield chapters of the Kaplan comprehensive lecture notes. Access: October 1, 2007 - July 1, 2008.
- USLME Step 1 printed materials which includes:
- Lecture notes (7 volumes organized by discipline)
- Q-Book, which includes 850 practice questions and "Test-taking and Study Strategies Guide."
- Kaplan faculty-led Orientation to the Kaplan course and materials, to be scheduled in September, 2007.
- Optional diagnostic test with individualized feedback available to students in February/March, 2008.
- Access to a Kaplan full-length, on-line simulated exam.
- Kaplan faculty will be presenting Live Integrated Cases, tentatively scheduled for May 30-31 from 8 am - 4 pm.
These interactive sessions are designed to integrate all of your content review with an interactive workshop that reviews the highest yield USMLE topics. Sessions will focus on the most challenging and highly tested areas on the USMLE: Pathology, Pharmacology, Physiology and Biochemistry.
In addition, the SOM will purchase an NBME Step 1 practice exam for each MSII student. Vouchers and instructions for this practice test will be available from our office in May, 2008.
Kaplan Medical Program Payment Options
The cost of the program is $849 per student. This cost is not included into tuition, but it has been calculated and built-in to financial aid "cost of attendance" for the 2007-08 academic year.
