Registration cost for the conference is $500 ($350 for students and fellows with confirmation of status) and includes symposium, continental breakfasts, and Friday night dinner with a keynote address.

Cancellation
Cancellation: Written notice is required to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after Janurary 9th, 2010.
