How to get involved in medical student training
Clinical Mentoring: To optimally prepare students for their careers in medicine, all students are assigned to clinical mentors for the duration of their training. Mentorship groups meet periodically throughout the four year curriculum to promote the career and professional development of the students. Clinical Precepting: Students begin their Longitudinal Clinical Experience (two half days per month in a primary care clinic) and visiting a subspecialty clinic once per month during Phase 2.
