How Can You Help?

The Susan Sandoval Foundation is in need of sponsors who will help support our 2008 Run for Ovarian Cancer.  Donations can come in the form of cash, credit cards, checks, or in-kind contributions.  Among the in-kind contributions needed for this event to be a success are post-race food and beverages, printing, advertising, and gifts for various drawings.

The benefits of sponsoring the race are significant. Among the benefits are:

• Association of you and your organizations name with a well-known charity event

• Visibility on race entry forms, flyers, t-shirts, promotional materials, race-day events, and website

• Build employee morale and company pride with corporate and/or team sponsorships

• Help to bring researchers one step closer to finding a cure for ovarian cancer!

Donations to the event can be made in any amount. Sponsorships are as follows:

Platinum Level ($3,000+ donation): Dominant placement of your logo on race T-shirts, poster, entry forms, and website. Premium prominence in our advertisements and race day announcements. Corporate promotional material (supplied by sponsor) can be inserted in race day packets.  Ability to display up to six company banners along course (supplied by sponsor).  Eight complimentary entries.  Booth to promote company/products (with approval from race committee) at the race. The use of Susan Sandoval Run for Ovarian Cancer logo on your website, print, or media ads, with approval.

Gold Level ($1,500+ Donation): Secondary placement of your logo on race T-shirts, posters, entry forms, and website. Prominent appearance in our advertisements and race day announcements. Corporate promotional material (supplied by sponsor) can be inserted in the race packets. Five complimentary entries. Display up to 3 company banners along course (provided by sponsor). Booth to promote company/products (with approval from race committee) at the race. The use of Susan Sandoval Run for Ovarian Cancer logo on your website, print or media ads, with approval.

Silver Level ($1,000+ Donation): Tertiary placement of your logo on race T-shirts, posters, entry forms, and website. Featured in advertisements and race day announcements. Corporate promotional material (supplied by sponsor) can be inserted in the race packets. Three complimentary entries, and use of Susan Sandoval Run for Ovarian Cancer logo on your Web site, print or media ads, with approval. Booth to promote company/products (with approval from race committee) at the race.

Bronze Level ($500+ Donation): Includes name on race T-shirts, posters, entry forms, and website. Also, featured in ads and race day announcements. Corporate promotional material (supplied by sponsor) can be inserted in the race packets.
Honorary Level ($1-$499): Includes name on website.  Corporate promotional material (supplied by sponsor) can be inserted in the race packets.
