Erik N. Kubiak, M.D. is as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Utah’s School of Medicine. He joined the faculty in 2007.
Dr. Kubiak received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, and Medical Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship in General Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Kubiak then completed his residency program and fellowship in Basic Science Research at the New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City, New York. He completed an Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at the Harborview Medical Center at the University of Washington in Seattle Washington prior to his appointment in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Utah.
