Our Background

The University of Utah Health medical campus houses the School of Medicine, Intermountain Burn Unit, Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah (HCI), John A. Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, University Orthopedic Center, University Neuropsychiatric Institute and Primary Children's Medical Center (Intermountain Health Care). University of Utah Health is also affiliated with other treatment and research centers nationally and internationally.  The University of Utah provides care to over 1,300,000 patients each year and is comprised of four hospitals, 10 community health clinics, and 1,100 Board Certified Physicians trained in over 220 Medical Specialties.  We have several specialty centers, including the Cardiovascular Center, the Clinical Neurosciences Center, and the Utah Diabetes Center.
