Eligibility

Prior to entering the addiction medicine psychiatry program, applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).

Applicants must also comply with the eligibility requirements outlined by the Office of Graduate Medical Education.

  3. Review the Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship Application Process and begin the process of submitting the requested materials.

Once we have received your application materials, we will make the decision about scheduling an interview and will contact you.

ACGME also asks that US programs notify applicants of the length of the program. Addiction psychiatry programs require 12 months of training.
