There are many choices of technologists imaging careers available for perspective students who want to work in the healthcare field. A list of options has been provided below and a description of each area is available once you select a career of interest. There are different types of programs available and the admission criteria for them will vary. As a perspective student, you should take the time to research them thoroughly.
The University of Utah, Department of Radiology offers many technologist imaging programs and has established academic partnerships for others. For programs that the University is not involved in, directions on how to find relevant information has been provided. When researching radiology or imaging programs for technologists at other colleges or universities search for health professions or careers which are commonly placed within the “School of Health Sciences”.
