Education Programs
RMCOEH sponsors the following occupational health education programs within the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine and the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

- Department of Family and Preventive Medicine:
- RMCOEH (Division of Occupational and Environmental Health)
- Master of Science of Occupational Health (MSOH), which includes completion of a research project, with the following emphasis programs:
- Ergonomics & Safety
- Hazardous Substance Academic Training
- Industrial Hygiene
- Occupational and Environmental Medicine
(separate from the OEM residency) - Occupational Injury Prevention Research Training
- Master of Occupational Health (MOH) with the above emphases that can be completed in one year and does not require a research project
- Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency
- Master of Science of Occupational Health (MSOH), which includes completion of a research project, with the following emphasis programs:
- Division of Public Health
- Philosophiae Doctor degree in Public Health, PhD, with coursework and research related to Occupational Injury Epidemiology
(part of RMCOEH's Occupational Injury Prevention Research Training program)
- Philosophiae Doctor degree in Public Health, PhD, with coursework and research related to Occupational Injury Epidemiology
- RMCOEH (Division of Occupational and Environmental Health)
- Department of Mechanical Engineering:
- Ergonomics & Safety
- Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Ergonomics & Safety
- Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Ergonomics & Safety
- Philosophiae Doctor degree in Mechanical Engineering, PhD, with emphasis in Ergonomics & Safety
- Philosophiae Doctor degree in Mechanical Engineering, PhD, with emphasis in Occupational Safety Engineering
(part of RMCOEH's Occupational Injury Prevention Research Training program)
- Ergonomics & Safety
RMCOEH's academic programs cooperate to provide students with experiences across occupational safety and health disciplines.
