The Quantitative and Functional PET/CT Laboratory develops new technologies for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging, covering the broad range from basic science physics and engineering research through translational clinical trials. Current research focuses on image reconstruction and processing algorithms, evaluation of image quality, and testing of new PET tracers for image-guided personalized medicine.
