Application

The Alumni Student Emergency Fund was established by the School of Medicine Alumni Association to financially assist University of Utah medical students who are experiencing an acute hardship due to a significant life event or emergency.

The awarding of funds will be at the discretion of the Alumni Board Student Programs Committee.

To apply please complete the information below and select APPLY.

You will be notified by a phone call from the Alumni Relations Office regarding the status of your award application.
