Trouble Ticket Information

DFPM employees ONLY

DFPM has moved to a centrally supported IT model. In this model, the department will use a central help desk ticket system for standard IT issues and work with onsite IT technicians for issues that need to escalate or are unique to DFPM. IT issues must be submitted using the following contacts:
