Education, Research, and Community Engagement Summit

Students, Post-Docs and Health Studies Fund (HSF) Awardees from all Divisions of the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine are invited to contribute to the Department's vision of “Expanding the Possibilities of Health” by showcasing their scholarly, engaged, and creative research at the 2nd annual Education, Research, and Community Engagement Summit. The Poster Presentations event will be held on Monday, April 6th 2020 at the Alumni House.

The poster day will bring graduate students and residents together with community partners, department faculty, post-docs and others. Works in progress can be accepted, as can research previously presented. All posters should be original work from within the past two years. Exceptional presentations will be recognized. Students and Post-Docs are encouraged to work with Department faculty mentors to be ready to submit abstracts by Friday, February 14th 2020. Abstracts accepted for presentation will be announced in late March, final posters will be due in early April.

Candidates whose abstracts have been accepted will be notified in mid-March.

Students and Post-Docs must acquire Department faculty approval in advance of submitting the form.
