Who Should Attend:
Health Sciences faculty interested in leadership roles should attend this seminar to enhance their skills and to connect with colleagues.
The program is interactive and experiential, based on self-assessments that participants will take prior to the seminar. Participants will focus on time management, negotiation, setting goals, negotiation, and personal values identification. Participants will reflect on their personal leadership style and how different leadership styles can successfully interact with other styles.
Accreditation: The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
