Who Should Attend:
Health Sciences Faculty who have attended the Part One: Leadership Fundamentals and/or who are currently in leadership roles.
The program is interactive and experiential, and is focused on managing individuals and teams. Participants will focus on vision, culture, systems, the delivery of value, and more.
AMA Credit: The University of Utah School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
