Academic Bio

Dr. Crouch is the Executive Director of the Utah Poison Control Center (UPCC). She has been the director of the UPCC since 1992. The UPCC is one of the first poison centers established in the United States and one of the first poison centers to be accredited by the American Association of Poison Control Centers. The UPCC responds to 50,000 calls a year from the public and health professionals throughout Utah. She is involved in the teaching of pharmacy students as well as emergency medicine residents and pediatric residents and fellows.
