Kristina Allen-Brady, PhD, MSPH, MPH, is a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine, Division of Genetic Epidemiology. As a genetic epidemiologist, her research interests include pelvic floor disorders, food allergies, autism, cancer, and development of new methods to analyze genetic data.

Allen-Brady has always been interested in research and seeking to understand the underlying causes of chronic diseases. This curiosity has led her to publish her findings in a number of different journals. She reviews frequently for different journals as well as various grant funding agencies.

Allen-Brady received her PhD, MSPH, and MPT degrees all from the University of Utah. She is currently a member of the American Society of Human Genetics, the International Society of Genetic Epidemiology, a licensed physical therapist in the state of Utah, and serves on the University of Utah Institutional Review Board (IRB).
