Dr. Jordan is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the Coordinated Master's Program in the Department of Nutrition & Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah. She completed her PhD in nutritional sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Jordan is the author of 24 peer-reviewed publications in the areas of pediatric nutrition, obesity prevention, dietary assessment, and weight management.

Research Statement

Dr. Jordan is a registered dietitian with expertise in the areas of pediatric nutrition, obesity prevention, and nutrition informatics.
