Academic Bio

Ahmad O. Hammoud, M.D., is a physician specializing primarily in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He received his medical degree from Saint Joseph University. He then finished his residency in OBGYN at Wayne State University in Michigan. In 2005, Dr. Hammoud completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Utah. Currently, he serves as Medical Director of the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine. Dr Hammoud received multiple local and national awards for excellence in clinical care, medical education and infertility research. His professional interests include women's health, effect of environment and diet on fertility, female infertility, congenital anomalies of the uterus, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal sperm testing and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Dr Hammoud believe in providing medical and emotional support to couples dealing with infertility. In his leisure time, Dr. Hammoud and his wife and twin daughters enjoy the friendly environment of Salt Lake City. Dr. Hammoud is currently welcoming new patients, and accept most insurance plans.
