Academic Bio

Dr. Hoskoppal received his medical degree from Bangalore University and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency from Creighton University. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by an advanced fellowship in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at the Mayo Clinic. He holds a Master of Health Finance and Management degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Hoskoppal is currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics with an adjunct appointment in Internal Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. His clinical interests include taking care of children and adults with Congenital Heart Disease. Dr. Hoskoppal also specializes in taking care of various forms of aortic diseases including Marfan and other forms of inherited aortic diseases.
