Welcome New Cardiovascular Duo Judit Karacsonyi & Roberto Martinez-Parachini

Dr Judit K

Dr. Judit Karacsonyi is an Interventional Cardiologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Originally from Hungary, earned her medical degree at the University of Szeged, where she also completed a PhD with a thesis on New Aspects in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention of Chronic Total Occlusions. She trained in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Szeged and subsequently held research fellowships in interventional cardiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and later at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation.

Roberto M

Dr. Roberto Martinez-Parachini is an Electrophysiology Cardiologist and Assistant  Professor of Department of Internal Medicine at University of Utah. He focuses on cardiac implantable devices, arrhythmia management, and lead extraction. He earned his medical degree at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, training in Internal Medicine at University of Oklahoma, and completed his fellowships at Vanderbilt and Columbia University.

In there free time, enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, skiing, discovering new places while traveling, and cherishing quality time with there family.
