If you are presenting at AHSR 2026, please select your presentation type below and locate your name to find your assigned presentation date and time. Symposia and oral presentations are listed in the Scientific Breakout Program, while poster presentations are listed in the Poster Sessions Program.
Since the conference is now less than a month away, it is unlikely that we will be making any further major schedule changes. However, if you notice an error in the schedule, please contact us at AHSR2026@utah.edu, and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Additionally, we have received a high volume of schedule-related requests and inquiries. If you have previously submitted a request and have not yet received a response, please feel free to follow up with us at AHSR2026@utah.edu.
Presentation Parameters
For both oral and poster presenters, please click the button below to review presentation guidelines and requirements, including poster specifications. Posters must not exceed 42″ W × 36″ H in landscape orientation.
Please note that the conference venue does not provide on-site shipping or receiving services. Presenters are responsible for arranging the transportation and delivery of their posters to the conference. We recommend either printing your poster in advance and traveling with it or utilizing a nearby printing service, such as the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center (0.4 miles from the conference venue) or The UPS Store (0.6 miles from the conference venue).
