About Me: I am a Midwestern transplant - I grew up in Kansas City, then went to Missouri State University for undergrad, where I competed in track and cross country, and headed back to KC for medical school. I then moved to Denver for residency, where I developed a love for pretty much all mountain activities. I moved to Utah with my fiancé and our cats, and we are excited to explore Utah and get to know the SLC food scene.
Interest and Hobbies: Running, road biking, hiking, baking, reading fantasy novels
Why Utah? It felt like Utah had the best of everything after my interview day - world-class faculty who are leaders in their fields, an incredible cancer hospital, friendly, down-to-earth people, and a beautiful city with unparalleled access to the outdoors.
