Dr. Monika is originally from Poland, where she completed medical school. She then moved to the United States and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Trinity Health Ann Arbor program. She is excited to pursue rheumatology and has a particular interest in the overlap between rheumatology and dermatology, novel biologic therapies, and the role of lifestyle medicine in the management of autoimmune diseases.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending music concerts, and exploring hiking trails around the Salt Lake City area.
