Dr. Darion Heald grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, which is where he attended his undergraduate studies at the University of Alaska Anchorage. After obtaining his bachelor's degrees in biochemistry and French, he worked as a medical assistant for a surgery center before attending medical school at the University of Washington. For residency, he stayed within the UW umbrella and just graduated from his internal medicine training at the UW Boise Internal Medicine Residency. Outside of medicine, Dr. Heald enjoys reading, playing guitar, disc golf, and fantasy football with his friends. He is looking forward to exploring Salt Lake City!
