Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium

Dear Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium Faculty & Registrants,
As you know, we canceled the in-person symposium to be held April 17, 2020. We were looking into virtual options as we understand education opportunities for Palliative & Hospice Care are few and far between. Unfortunately, given the COVID-19 concerns, and what may possibly be a significant influx of patients in the coming days to weeks, we have decided to cancel the virtual efforts completely. Healthcare teams need to be focusing on caring for patients, families, and their own health. We look forward to seeing you all next spring!
The process to refund your registration fees will begin this week.  Your refund will post to the same credit card you used to purchase your registration.

Thank you for your interest in the 9th Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium. We are excited to be hosting this regional educational event and have been impressed with the growing number of attendees each year.

This year's agenda is packed with practice-enhancing content. The faculty have been selected for their expertise and many are nationally known in the specialty of Palliative Care and Hospice.

Just a reminder that this symposium will be paperless in an effort to conserve resources. We will post handouts on this website one week prior to the symposium should you wish to print them on your own. Upon checking in, you will receive a small notebook to take notes.

All attendees will be provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.

Who Should Attend?

Physicians, pharmacists, advance practice clinicians (APRN, CNS, PA), nurses, social workers, chaplains, and administrative professionals who are interested in gaining knowledge in primary and expert-level palliative care and hospice.

Credit will be provided for medicine and pharmacy/ACCME, nursing/CNEG CEU, and social work/NASW credit hours.

See you in April!

Thank you,

Holli Martinez FNP-BC, ACHPN, FPCN
