Victoria Lorah Barker was raised in Temecula, California. She completed her undergraduate degree at UCLA, where she studied physiological science with a minor in film, television, and digital media. She worked as an emergency department scribe before matriculating to medical school at Touro University, Nevada, where she graduated at the top of her class. Victoria completed her pediatric and child neurology training at Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix Children's in Arizona. She and her husband, Paul, love staying active, attending church, watching films/TV, and trying new bars and restaurants.
