Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga is a gentle, awareness-based yoga practice that encourages a more relaxed state of the mind and body by focusing on breathing, the body through conscious movement, and meditation. Replenish your body and brain with bi-monthly yoga after the didactic session.

Other Sessions

Other sessions include coping strategies, movement therapy and exercise, diet and nutrition, sleep, and understanding medications for headache, migraine, and pain
