Mission Statement
The Neurology residency program at the University of Utah places each resident in a well-designed clinical and scholarly program, emphasizing quality care of the whole patient with a focus upon academic advancement within the field of Neurology. Our trainees will graduate ready to be outstanding general neurologists, practicing in an urban or rural setting, with the skills necessary to succeed in their specific areas of interest whether that be research, education, or quality improvement. We are committed to our trainees and our patients to be an equal opportunity program, proudly pluralistic, that employs and provides care for individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience.
