Why Utah?

I chose the University of Utah for my fellowship training because I have special interest in skull base neurosurgery. I attended meetings and training courses where I saw the complexity of cases done here, along with innovation in surgical approaches to treat skull base pathology. I also love the quietness of the city and the surrounding nature, with many outdoor activities and places to visit. Living in Salt Lake City is affordable and people are nice with smiling faces everywhere in the hospital and outside.
