Institutional Funding Opportunities
School of Medicine Seed Grant
The Research Incentive Seed Grant Program supports investigators in collecting preliminary data in new, innovative research areas that will be leveraged for extramural grant applications. Starting in FY25, colleges will have greater flexibility and responsibility in identifying, reviewing, and funding seed grant projects. This program is open to tenure, career, clinical, or equivalent level faculty with 0.75 FTE in any department. Proposals must demonstrate high potential for leveraging external funding. Principal Investigators are expected to submit at least one external proposal based on the pilot project.
