About Me
If I weren’t an OB/GYN…
I would be an ethnographer- I enjoy connecting with people from all backgrounds, writing, and traveling. I love the idea of fully immersing myself in someone else’s lived experience and bringing more visibility to their culture & traditions!
Medical Areas of Interest:
High-risk obstetrics & PAS, reproductive justice/family planning, adolescent GYN, and medical education.
Interests & Hobbies:
Curating Spotify playlists, playing the flute and piccolo, diving into new podcasts, exploring local bookstores, and hiking
Why Utah:
I chose Utah for its unparalleled obstetric clinical volume and, even more importantly, its warm, collaborative, and at times, goofy culture. During my interview, I was amazed by how residents and faculty genuinely supported each other while also pushing each other to grow into more skilled, compassionate advocates for their patients. I left knowing this was the environment where I would thrive both professionally and personally in residency.
Hometown:
Troy, MI
